Over all condition is very good, not new but very good..!!
Owner has indicated he has cleaned and babied this boat with TLC. Put non-skid on deck and rails for better foot hold. Cleaned bilge area with bilge cleaner and the hull is cleaned with hull cleaner. Keeps a cover on it when not in use,
Current owner is not the original owner, this boat came out of Florida as a fishing boat, and owner purchased in Wisconsin for sale.
Owner indicates boat is serviced spring and fall at local marine dealer and on an as needed bases. Has added cleats and tie downs to the top side rail of the gunwale
Boat last serviced in Nov. 2014 when winterized as indicated by the current owner.
